Nineteen residents were killed across the suburban area this Friday; Douma 7, khan Asheeh 4, 'Ain Tarma 2 , Saqba 2 and one victim in each of Anneshabia, Hamoria, Almlaiha and Damascus ( extra judicially executed in Almlaiha.)
'Ain Tarma: Regime forces targeted the city with fierce mortar shelling. Mig fighter jets hovered heavily over the city breaking the sound barrier several times. Fierce aerial raids targeted Azainia district killing two residents and wounding at least 15 others, some critically.
Douma: MiG fighter jets hovered over the city bombarding Al'eb district and Ashaifoonieh. Several residents were killed and wounded as a result.
Saqba: Fierce rocket shelling targeted the city setting farms on fire. A woman (Safaa Ajjamal) died of her wound sustained during the shelling attacks. She suffered a shrapnel head injury.
Al'abadeh and Al'etaibah: Regime forces targeted Al'abadeh with fierce tank and rocket shelling wounding civilians. Fierce clashes between the Free Syrian Army and regime forces took place on Al'etaibah's outskirts and Dumair road.
Bait Sahim: Heavy mortar and artillery shelling targeted the town. Fierce clashes between the Free Syrian Army and regime forces occurred at the town's entrance adjacent to Damascus International Airport as Assad forces attempted to invade the town.
Dareyya: Aerial raids and fierce rocket and artillery shelling targeted the city wounding civilians and setting lumber warehouses on fire. Fierce cashes between the Free Syrian Army and Assad forces occurred at several fronts. Regime forces continue to besiege the town and deprive its residents from food and medical supplies.
