RCC – Damscus Suburbs – Daily Legal Report – 3 June 2013

All international and ethical laws guarantee people rights in freedom and self-determination, and Syrian people are more determined than any time before to continue their struggle to gain their basic rights and shape their own future.

We appeal all international governments and organization to take their responsibilities and intervene in any means to protect civilians in Syria and stop the continuous killing actions, and provide kids in Syria the right of dignified life.

We appeal to the Security Council to take his responsibility and force Assad regime to find a peaceful path to end the Syrian crisis and stop the continuous shelling and killing of civilians. This can be made by a decision under the seventh chapter of the Charter of the United Nations. Besides, we urge to hold offenders accountable in front of the international criminal trial.

Assad regime continues to violate all ethical and international laws and charters through his official and unofficial suppression agencies. These agencies have committed all kinds of war crimes, ethnical cleansing, crimes against humanity, mass killing, arbitrary civilians’ detention, forced civilian displacement, and scorched earth policy.
