Thirty four civilians were killed in rural Damascus this Sunday.
Marj Assoultan: Assad forces committed a new massacre in the area killing six civilians five of them were an entire family, three children and two women, as they shelled residential areas with rocket launchers and mortars.
Dumair: Assad forces killed five civilians and wounded 17 others as they fled from the city.
Arrhaibeh: At least ten civilians were killed including a woman as Assad forces shelled the town then raided homes amid communications cut . A state of panic prevailed among civilians.
Jairoud: Seven civilians were killed including a child and a woman during fierce regime aerial and artillery shelling on several areas.
Almarj Area: Regime warplanes launched six air raids on the towns of Almansorah, Annashabyyah and Maidaa causing massive devastation of residential homes and wounding dozens of civilians. Several towns in the area were particularly targeted with regime artillery and rocket launcher shelling destroying nine homes in Maidaa and burning several others in Alblalyyah, Deir Salman and Alahmadyyah. Fierce clashes occurred between Assad forces and the Free Syrian Army in the area.
Jabadeen: Assad forces shelled the town killing a civilian.
Harasta: Regime forces fiercely shelled the area west of the bypass with mortars and rocket launchers. At least 200 rockets and shells fell on the area during four hours.
Alboaidah: Assad forces burned crops causing large fire.
Athiybyyah: Regime forces fiercely shelled homes with heavy artillery and tanks.
Balda: fierce clashes between Assad forces and the Free Syrian Army amid fierce regime tank shelling.
Muadamyyiat Ashaam: Assad forces indiscriminately shelled residential areas with Shilka tanks causing massive devastation of residential buildings.
Zamalka: The Free Syrian Army has clashed with Assad forces at the southern bypass coupled with regime heavy artillery shelling on the outskirts of the city.
Qara: Several shells fell on the city causing fire and wounding several civilians including children.
