Fourteen residents were killed in rural Damascus this Thursday; Jaramana 7, Saqba 2, Douma 2, Rankoos 1, Misraba 1 and Jairood 1
Almazza Air Base: A massive explosion rocked the air base, creating a thick plumes of smoke over the area. The incident was possibly due the explosion of a warplane.
Hajeeret Albalad: Regime heavy artillery shelling targeted Hajeeret Albalad and a number of districts in Assayda Zainab, south of Damascus.
The southern suburban area: Dozens of mortar shells rained down on Athiyabiyah, Allhusseiniyah Palestinian Refugee Camp and Alboaida during the early evening hours.
'Erbeen: Surveillance planes hovered over the city, and regime mortar shelling targeted the center of the city.
Mu'addamiyyat Ashaam: Assad forces shelled residential buildings with artillery and rocket launchers, wounding a number of residents.
Dareyya: Regime tanks stationed on the outskirts shelled the southwestern side of the city while the 4th Division targeted the southeastern side with artillery, causing more destruction in residential areas and across the farmlands.
Almqailbiyah: The 75th Brigade targeted the center of the town and Almqailbiyah-Zakiyah road with artillery shelling, causing power outage in Almqailbiyah and Zakiyah townships.
Alqalamoon Region: The 67th regiment fiercely shelled Rankoos’s farmlands and Talfeeta with artillery and rocket launchers amid power outage in the entire region. Regime rocket shelling also targeted the outskirts of Alqa’a district and Assalihiyah farmlands in Yabrood city.
