Thirty four residents were killed in rural Damascus on Sunday; Douma 11, Dumair 5, Annasiriyah 4, Alkeswah 3. 'Erbeen 3, Mu'addamiyyat Ashaam 2, Jairood 1, Hamoriyah 1, Bait Sahim 1, Arruhaibah 1, Rankoos 1 and Damascus 1.
Annasiriyah: Four residents were killed during regime shelling on the township.
'Erbeen: A five year old child, Noor Attin, died of her wounds sustained during regime shelling her home on Saturday; her brother Rasheed Attin (15 years) was also killed on Saturday. Regime forces resumed shelling on Sunday.
Almlaihah: A shell fell in the center of the town, killing one resident and wounding four others; some are in critical condition.
Yabrood: Fierce regime rocket and artillery shelling targeted the city, terrorizing civilians, mostly women and children. Hundreds of shells rained down on the city, wounding residents, destroying residential buildings and causing power outage. Medical facilities continue to suffer a severe blood shortage.
Maid'aa: Assad forces shelled the city with rocket launchers during the evening hours.
Annishabiyah: Regime forces stationed at Damascus International Airport fiercely shelled the township with rocket launchers.
Zamalka: Surveillance planes hovered over the city while regime forces struck the areas near Attauba Mosque and the city’s main street with mortar and rocket shelling.
Mu'addamiyyat Ashaam: The Fourth Division supported by regime forces stationed at Almazzah air base bombarded residential areas with fuel air bombs, heavy artillery, rockets and heavy mortar shells starting the early morning hours.
Hajeeret Albalad: Fierce mortar and rocket shelling targeted the township.
Douma: Noor Adeen Alhafeeri, a media activist, died of his wounded sustained during clashes with Assad forces.
